A non-refundable tattoo deposit of $100 is paid after a consultation with the tattooer to begin work on a design, and to hold a tattoo appointment thereafter.

Your deposit may be forfeited in the case of:

• Arriving at a tattoo appointment without government-issued identification.
• Not appearing for a tattoo appointment
• Cancelling or rescheduling an appointment without giving at least 48 hours notice
• Arriving more than 20 minutes late to a tattoo appointment
• Rescheduling more than twice for any sessions of the same tattoo, regardless of notice
• Failing to reschedule a new appointment within 30 days of a cancelled appointment
